RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

​At Pooja Box Factory, we take immense pride in the quality and precision of our garment packaging solutions. Since our products are often custom-made to specific dimensions and branding requirements, our policy ensures a fair process for addressing discrepancies.
​1. Scope of Policy
​We offer replacements or returns exclusively for the following scenarios:
​Manufacturing Defects: Issues with structural integrity, glue failure, or incorrect material usage.
​Printing Errors: Deviations from the approved digital proof (color shifts beyond industry standards or typo errors made by us).
​Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit via our authorized logistics partners.
​Incorrect Order: Receiving a size or specification different from your confirmed purchase order.
​2. Reporting Window
​To be eligible for a resolution, issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of paper and board products (which can be affected by humidity and storage conditions), we cannot accept claims made after this period.
​3. The Process

​Inspection: Our quality control team will review the evidence within 48 hours.
​Resolution: * If the claim is approved, we will initiate a free replacement of the defective units.

​4. Key Conditions
​Customized Orders: Please note that orders featuring custom branding, specific logos, or non-standard sizes are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing error.
​Quantity Tolerance: In the packaging industry, a standard variation of +/- 3% to 5% in final quantity is industry-standard. Shortages within this range will be settled via a pro-rata refund rather than a re-run.
​Color Matching: While we strive for perfection, slight color variations (within Delta E limits) may occur due to different paper batches and ink absorption.
​5. Cancellations
​Orders can only be cancelled before they move into the production stage. Once the paper is cut or plates are made for printing, cancellations will incur a fee covering the raw material costs.
​Note to Customers: We highly recommend inspecting your shipment immediately upon arrival. Please do not accept parcels that show visible external damage from the courier without noting it on the delivery receipt.
