TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Since the “Digital Proof” is the final handshake between your design team and the machines, it’s the most important legal safeguard for a factory. If the client approves a typo or the wrong color on their screen, this clause ensures you aren’t held liable for the mistake.
Here is a professional Digital Proofing & Printing Approval clause to add to your Terms & Conditions:
Digital Proofing & Approval Terms
To ensure the highest accuracy in your garment packaging, Pooja Box Factory adheres to a strict “Proof-to-Print” protocol. By approving a digital proof, the customer agrees to the following:
1. Final Authority
The digital proof (PDF/JPEG) sent via email or WhatsApp represents the final layout, text, and positioning of your artwork. Final approval is the customer’s responsibility. Once a proof is approved:
Pooja Box Factory is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation.
We are not responsible for “missing elements” that were absent in the approved file.
2. Color Accuracy & Screen Variance
Digital vs. Physical: Customers acknowledge that colors viewed on backlit screens (RGB) will vary slightly when printed on paper/board (CMYK or Pantone).
Material Impact: The texture and shade of the raw material (e.g., Kraft paper vs. Duplex board) will affect the final ink appearance. We do not guarantee a 100% match to on-screen colors.
Standard Deviation: A variance of 5-10% in color density is considered acceptable within industrial printing standards.
3. Production Commencement
No printing will begin until we receive a clear “Approved” or “Proceed to Print” confirmation in writing. Any delays in proof approval will result in a corresponding shift in the final delivery timeline.
4. Post-Approval Changes
If a change is requested after approval:
If plates/screens have already been made, a Plate Recovery Fee will be charged.
If printing has started, the customer is liable for the full cost of the wasted material and labor.
